Our online shop is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. We will not hold onto your details once your order has been processed.

Your information will not be sold or passed on to third parties without your express permission.
Terms of delivery
Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of ordering if ordered on a working day and up to 79hours on Bank Holidays and weekends and if there is a likely to be a delay because the item is out of stock and is on order from our producers we will inform you or provide with a chance to order an alternative item or cancel your order all together. We use Royal Mail first class postage to get your order to you after we have received your payment.
Supply of Goods terms
Please note most of the items sold by Ethnic Supplies Limited are handmade, this therefore means that there maybe variations in size or colour from the items viewed on our website. We will however make every effort to ensure that the item you have order closely matches that viewed on our website. We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase and if you are not we will offer you the opportunity to order an alternative item or offer you a refund. Our product range varies from time to time and it’s for this reason that we cannot guarantee availability of the product that you have ordered. If the item you are interested in is no longer in stock or will take a more than reasonable time to arrive and there is no suitable alternative we will cancel your order
Wish to return you purchase?
If you are unhappy with your purchase please return it in it’s original packing within 14 days for a full refund. Please note that only the cost of the item will be refunded and that you will be responsible for the cost of postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will only give refunds once the goods have been returned and inspected.
We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.
Ordering Outside the EU?
whilst we are able to dispatch orders to customers outside of the EU, we cannot guarantee that your order will get to you within the same timescales as those we promise our EU customers. Please email us before placing your order if you require your order in hurry
